On this particular project, the homeowner had a small kitchen and dining room next to each other. they wanted a large kitchen where they could entertain and do lots of cooking. To make this happen, we got together with the homeowner and came up with a plan to tear down the wall between the two rooms and make one large kitchen. We then designed the kitchen to have nice flow, lots of storage and plenty of counter space. We did all of our mechanical rough ins, then added two tone cabinets. White wall cabinets and gray base cabinets. The homeowner wanted a durable floor as they had kids and dogs, so we went with a vinyl laminate floor system. We added granite counter tops and a white subway tile backsplash. We also added an accent wall of tile on which we hung a flat screen tv. With all that we did, the kitchen came together to add form and functionality. We assisted the customer every step of the way to make their dream kitchen become a reality.
On this particular project, our customer had just moved into their house. They had three bathrooms that were run down, out of date and just too small. We gutted all the bathrooms down to the studs where needed. We then roughed in the plumbing, electrical and re-drywalled all the walls. In the two smaller bathrooms, we added new tubs and toilets and tiled the floors and walls of the tub/shower areas with beautiful tile. We then added new double bowl vanities, trimmed the bathrooms and painted them. For the Master bath, we made the bathroom larger by taking some space from one of the neighboring bedrooms. We gutted the bathrooms, framed up some new walls and did all our plumbing and electrical rough ins. We then drywalled the bathroom, installed new tile on the floor and new tile in the larger shower area. We installed new double bowl vanity, trimmed the bathroom and painted the bathroom. We also added a new frameless shower door to the new shower. Finally we added a large soaking tub. The customer was very happy with the outcome of all 3 bathrooms. We came in under budget and ahead of schedule.
On this project we converted unused basement space into approximately 1,000 square feet of usable living space. We framed the walls with metal studs which are cheaper, straighter and faster to install then wood framing. The walls were already insulated from when the house was built, so we didnt have to do any insulating. We roughed in all the electric including about 20 recessed lights. We then drywalled all the walls, ceilings, soffits and finished drywall, ready for paint. We then hung all new doors in basement, trimmed doors and installed baseboard, then painted the entire basement. Flooring was done later and we installed vinyl laminate floors. We offer many finishing options such as built in cabinets, shelving and many floor finishing options. we work with every customer thru every step of the job to make sure they get what they imagined. We also will offer our opinions on design based on our many years of experience in the industry. For this job, we went above and beyond to give the customer multiple rooms including, a bathroom, a gym, a recreation room and a play room as well as multiple storage areas. This job came in on time and under budget
This was a fun and intricate job. This foyer and staircase and multiple phases. First we removed all of the stair treads and risers. We replaced the treads with new, red oak stair treads and white risers. We then replaced the railings with new oak railings and newel posts. We used wrought iron spindles to make the railing system really pop. On the landing and upstairs hallway looking over foyer we added hardwood floors. We then had all the treads, railings and newel posts and hardwood floors sanded and finished. The next phase of the project was to install board and batten throughout the foyer as well as crown molding around entire foyer and upstairs hallway. To finish this project off, we painted the entire foyer, stairway and upstairs hallway. We worked with the homeowner on every phase of this project. In the end, we made the entrance into the house really stand out.
This project was an insurance job. The customer had a tree fall onto the deck and room attached to the deck, and it was a total disaster. We had to completely remove the deck and the room, starting from scratch. We completely rebuilt the 10'x32' pressure treated deck. The original deck was only 8' wide, but the homeowner wanted a bigger deck so we expanded it to make a 10' wide deck. They were very happy with the outcome and referred us to a neighbor who needed a new cedar deck built. We do both pressure treated and composite decks as seen in our gallery. Small to large and all shapes and sizes. Feel free to call us to get an estimate.

This porch project was done because the old porch was rusting away and out of style. We removed the old porch roof and wrought iron railings. We then framed the new roof and shingled it. We added new vinyl railings around entire porch and add vinyl siding on the gable ends of the roof and capped everything. This new porch totally changed the look of the front of this house. We also do screened in porches and three season rooms. There are a lot of options for your porch. Let us help you bring your porch to the next level.
